Pure Chiffon Sarees

Sarees are among the basic apparels in a women’s closet that one would find in ample numbers. Sarees can be made using various fabrics and there is a great deal of experimentation going on too. Fabrics like linen, cotton, silk and other are there in the market but women in various ages have shown a major inclination for chiffon due to many fold reasons.

About the Fabric

Chiffon is a lightweight fabric that is easy to carry. It was traditionally made from silk but when nylon was invented, people found a cost-effective way to weave this flowy fabric from nylon. Cotton, polyester and rayon are also used to make chiffon.

Chiffon has a certain sheen and has a translucent appearance and can be draped easily. This fabric has a criss-cross weaving pattern and thereby gets an appearance like mesh.
