fragrances, and of course an antibacterial agent such as triclosan for example.
Triclosan is a chemical to be avoided since it can seriously disrupt the

FDA. It’s also causing a lot of environmental concern since it can form highly
toxic dioxins when introduced to water and UV light, and even more disturbing
is the fact that it takes several decades to break down.

Getting enough sleep goes hand
in hand with facial appearance. Frequent late nights will inevitably leave a
person looking tired and worn out, and this even applies to those who are still
in their twenties. Eye bags, puffiness, and dark circles are all typical signs
of sleep deprivation. Get more sleep, and in the vast majority of cases the
signs will disappear with just a few days. There are also many other reasons
why a lack of sleep contributes to premature aging, but that’s another matter
altogether.
For the most part, people tend

specific skin care products, but in
reality, no number of creams and lotions are going to keep lines and wrinkles
at bay unless certain precautions are taken, such as those we’ve discussed
above. Anti-wrinkle creams and certain anti-aging systems can go a long way in
helping you to fight the ravages of time, but they’re also not a magic bullet.
Last but not least, never be tempted into using any skincare products unless
you know beyond all doubt that they’re chemical-free.
